Tinnitus Management Seminars

On the 2nd Sunday of Feb, April, June, August, October and December experienced tinnitus counselllors (who also have tinnitus) conduct an intensive Tinnitus Management Seminar taking you through all aspects of successfully managing your tinnitus.

The aim of the seminar is to empower you to manage your tinnitus so that it has little or no effect on your quality of life.

The topics covered during the seminar include:


  • Understanding Tinnitus
  • How Tinnitus Affects People
  • The 'Four Keys' to successful Tinnitus Management
  • The Importance of Perception and Focus
  • 'Living life' whilst Living with Tinnitus
  • Family Support
  • Diet and Sleep Management
  • Intervention Treatments

Numbers for each seminar will be limited so that the participants have the opportunity to ask questions and take part in discussions. Participants will also receive a presentation folder containing comprehensive notes on the topics presented.
